Sacred energetic movement-dance practice,
uniting and balancing body, mind, soul, consciousness, and energies,
so you could embody who you are.
MANDALA DANCE

"Mandala dance is a deep practice of working with energy, body, and consciousness, which combines dance movements, breath, and awareness skills. The practice returns us into conscious presence in the body and gives a connection with the sacred organs, rooting us into the earth; restoring a harmonious manifestation of the female and male nature, the natural rhythms and cycles inherent in the primordial state. To a practitioner, it brings back a natural state and sound. It also connects with wisdom, instincts, and knowledge of nature, with our truth and soul." Maya Mandala - the creator and master of Mandala Dance https://mayamandala.com/en/

The main element of practice - eight 8 - is the element of union, eternity, and infinity. We perform it with the hips and hands - passing through all energy centers (chakras) with soft and graceful movements. We draw the Flower of Life with our beautiful bodies harmonizing and initiating natural healing.
We dance in a circle. Energy flows in the circle too supporting each other.

Client reviews:

In the spring of 2022, I booked a place at a UK seminar—the Mandala Dance workshop introduced into my life by Aiste.
I had no idea what to expect and what I experienced during this workshop was life-changing!
Aiste showcased this sacred dance in a loving, patient, and happy way - I instantly fell in love with this beautiful way of moving.
Learning Mandala Dance gave me the pleasure of giving my body a very feminine and fluid way to work out - I felt that the Mandala Dance relaxed and healed me.
Since attending the initial workshop seminar in 2022, I have happily joined Aiste's weekly Mandala Dance class via Zoom. The effect it has on my body is amazing—my menopause symptoms have healed completely, and my migraine symptoms have improved tremendously.
I wish that every woman on this planet has the opportunity to dance the Mandala Dance way - to feel its beautiful effect on the body and flexibility.
It’s such a feminine and nurturing way of joining together in a group for movement - a gift that should be in all our lives.
Aiste is a great teacher. She has lots of knowledge and experience and is always balanced, happy, and cheerful. Knowing Aiste as a teacher and simply as a woman has been and continues to be a wonderful experience.
Thank you very very much, love,

The most important things about Mandala Dance are hard to put into words. It simply needs to be tried and practiced. In time (or maybe even immediately) you will feel all the power come back to you, how this practice heals and opens, how your feet feel the Earth with new strength and grace, and your hands become courageous to create, solid to pour, and love to share, as it happened to me.
Through dance and exercise, the most important centers are gently, but very consciously and effectively exercised and cleansed. I even started to breathe differently!
I have not done any movement/dance practice in my own life, but I have come to feel that the Mandala movement is a fundamental primordial movement that everyone just needs to remember...
It is worth coming to try and trust the energy of Mandala dance. And by living within you, it will heal each one in different ways and fill you with what you need most.
There are a few important things to consider before learning from Aiste and joining her activities. So be prepared:
Aiste's light, which does not blind others but invites us to shine together
~ for Aiste's practices that bring all things together in unity and that all she led through her and embodied and she leads beautifully
~ for a loving and open circle of women in practices and retreats
~ for conversation (sometimes with laughter, sometimes with shivers, tears...) Even those who don't like to share (i.e. me) take it in and share it ~ out without being forced to do so!
~ for new sensations in the body
~ to feel how powerful you are
~ FOR PLEASURE
~ for a possible shift of the thoughts of judging the world around you to love
Thank you Aiste. Love,

After the Mandala Dance practices in a workshop at the UK

It's very cozy, sensitive, and sincere. Two days flew by - unnoticed. But they were very peaceful and harmonious. I got so much in a relatively short time. I gained not only very useful knowledge but also invaluable experiences. Wonderful community, with inspiring stories from other women.
Aiste, I am very, very grateful to you for your openness. Your experience and wisdom are deeply felt, and embodied by you - a real gift (and very wonderful)!

And yes — your brain gets a workout too! 😊
